If you’re hosting a small intimate wedding and need a traditional dining room setting with A La Carte catering for your reception then look no further?

We have a fabulous space upstairs which seats up to 50 people or has standing space for 50-60. We also hire out the whole pub for special occasions which has a capacity of 250 people seated and standing.

Below is an example of a typical menu.

Starters:
Beef carpaccios, rocket, parmesan crisp with balsamic glaze
Burnt leek black salmon, pickled vegetables
Truffle mushroom, brioche and egg yolk

Mains:
6oz fillet of beef, potato fondant with port jus
Pan fried stone bass, new potatoes and caper butter
Root veg wellington, hashbrown with beetroot jus

All mains served with tenderstem broccoli

Desserts:
Classic sherry trifle
Sticky Toffee pudding, vanilla ice cream
Baked alaska, berry compote

£40 per head for 3 courses
Minimum 20 people

Deposit:
We require a deposit of £100 to secure the space which then can be used on the day against your bill. We do not charge a room hire fee for our upstairs private events space.
